Proxy cache

922 S5 Proxy - Proxy cache is a feature designed to reduce unnecessary load on the target website, allowing clients to cache successful results and receive cached results based on requests whenever possible.

Once Proxy Cache is selected, we will search our cache. If we find a new request identical to yours made within the last 2 hours, we will serve the data for that request instead of the target site's data. Cached data is faster to retrieve. To use this option, you must install and include our cache access certificate.

Step 1: Enter the personal center dashboard, click on Residential Proxies, and switch to advanced settings

Step 2: Enable cache proxy: simply turn on the cache proxy switch

Note: This function requires manual activation; After enabling the cache proxy, the host port will change to [6201].

Note: After the cache proxy is turned on, the http protocol is supported.

Step 3: Install SSL certificate

SSL certificates need to be installed on the host where the code or application is actually captured at runtime.

Installation steps:

1) Click on 'download SSL certificate' to download and install the compressed file

2) Double click the installation program to run and complete the installation!

How to ignore SSL errors? In some cases, you may need to install our certificate or ignore SSL errors in order to access specific products or features. If you do not want to install our certificate, you can ignore SSL errors.
